Warm-ups are a part of the main study and their hidden function is to familiarize respondents with a content and teach them how to privide their answers. Such a short training is necessary to obtain reliable results. Statements of your choice should refer to the topic of your main study and be similar to the actual tested values in terms of structure.
After this short exercise respondents should be well prepared and know what to expect, as warm-ups teach them how to press buttons properly, so important data is not lost later on. The system does not record any data obtained from warm-ups.
